Martin was recently commissioned by BBC Radio 3's Late Junction to write computer-music responses to baroque pieces performed by Fretwork's Liam Byrne. The three pieces last in total around 15 minutes and draw on live processing techniques including worldizing, spectral sustain and rhythmic chord building using multitouch devices. Man High, Martin Parker, Stephen Deazley and Andy McGregor's 2011 audiovisual collaboration will receive at least two further performances in the UK in 2013. The first will take place at Glasgow City Halls on Saturday, April 20th, the second in Aberdeen as part of the Sound Festival in November. Man High was created from footage of Joseph Kittinger's historic 'leap from space' in 1960. Man High was written for live electronics, three violins, percussion, clarinets, keyboards and synchronised video. More information is available

ran a week-long residency at Inspace to develop a new project for "n" loudspeakers and the room in which they're placed. The final speaker count was 29 and was premiered on the 11th March 2012.

Saxophonist Henrique Portovedo will premiere the first version of "GruntCount", a structured improvisation sampling system for up to three instruments / input sources at the "Sounds of Shadows" event in the Escola Superior de Musical e Artes do Espectáculo, Porto. Part of the International Saxophone Week, "Inter Sax Ion".
